Deana Dearry has an extensive background in accounting, technology planning, and project implementation skills.  She uses this knowledge to develop solutions with organizations who strive to spend more of their employee’s time and resources benefiting their programs and less resources managing and reporting on them!

Deana has worked closely with many grant-funded organizations to assist them with developing effective and efficient HR and Payroll processes and technology solutions. She has also facilitated and led HR and Technology training sessions specifically targeted to GFP requirements and staff. Deanna feels that she knows what it takes to get the work done and will take the time to get to know each agency’s individual needs. She views an organization’s goals as her goals, their challenges as her challenges.
