Back by popular demand – the Pre-Conference Session for Executives! This special pre-conference session for organization leaders is facilitated by Wipfli experts allowing you to share and discuss solutions with your peers.  Building upon the success of last year’s event and your feedback, we will again create an environment for Executive Directors, Finance Directors, Human Resources Directors and Board Officers to interact with each other while leveraging the specialized knowledge of our Wipfli experts in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Finance but with a new twist.  This year, our discussion will revolve around a theme:  Tools and techniques your organization is using to manage change.

Using a pre-conference survey you complete and our experts to kick off discussion, we will create opportunities for you to share your best practices with each other for managing the change that is occurring in the four key components of your organization – people, process, technology and finances.  Wipfli’s experts will again be on hand to help brainstorm some practical take-a-ways you can leverage back at the office.
